How do I register?

Registering is simple!

Just click the 'My account' button to sign up!

I've forgotten my password.

Don't worry, head over to the log-in page and select 'Forgotten your password' and follow the instructions form there.

How do I unsubscribe?

We don't want to lose you.

But if you want to stop receiving emails from us, just scroll to the bottom of an email and click 'Unsubscribe'.

How do I change my account details?

It's easy to make changes to your details.

Log-in to your account and you'll find all the options you need.


How do I place an order?

Everyday we're looking for ways to make shopping for customers as easy and effecient as possible. Browse through our categories or brands to see what works with your own personal fitness goals. Once you've made your choice, simply add the items in your basket (top right hand side of the page) this will let your preview your items before you check-out with our secure payment options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay via Paypal. We take fraud and the security of your details very seriously and will never sell your details onto a third party.

If we believe your order to be fraudulent the order will be cancelled and refunded back to its original payment method, this is to protect you the cardholder because your financial security is very important to us.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Of Course!

We are more than happy to accept your orders via Phone, Email or Online!

How Can I Pay for My Order?

We accept a variety of Payment methods such as PayPal, most major Credit or Debit Cards.

How do I use a discount code?

Please Note: Only one discount code can be used per order, these codes will not apply to products already on promotion.

Discount codes may have a specific valid from and expiry date. Please enter the code exactly as provided in the Discount Code field when proceeding to checkout and payment. If the code is not valid you will see an error message.

My order has arrived but it is damaged. What should I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


What delivery methods do you use?

We use couriers including DPD and Royal Mail, and a range of services from Standard (generally 3-4 working days) or Next Working Day (if order is received before 5pm Monday ‚Äď Friday)

How long will my order take to arrive?

This depends on the delivery option you select on check out. We usually dispatch the items within 48 hours unless you have selected the next day delievery. These will be with you the next working day when ordered before 5pm
